Not yet. Pickup bookings are not open yet. It does not create bookings or ask for personal information.
Where will it be available, and what will it cost?+
Coverage, pricing and hours are pending approval. No service areas or prices are confirmed.
Does OnLoop authorize my return?+
No. Authorization, deadlines and refunds are handled by your retailer. OnLoop’s proposed role is pickup and delivery to the authorized drop-off point.
Do I need a return label?+
It depends on your retailer’s instructions. Printing and packing assistance are planned options; their terms and compatibility still need to be defined.
Does a receipt mean I’ve received my refund?+
No. A receipt would document delivery to the authorized drop-off point. Your retailer decides and processes the refund.
Is there an app I can download?+
Public App Store availability has not been confirmed. We do not offer download links or launch dates.
