When pickups open in your area, we email a single-use code for one free pickup.

More than one email
The rule for one person or household using several email addresses is still being decided. Each verified email is counted once.
Discount campaigns after launch will only go to people who chose to receive offers, and only once each campaign is approved.

Is OnLoop open?+
Not yet. Pickup bookings are not open, and no launch area or date is confirmed.
Do I have to accept marketing emails?+
No. The waitlist works without it. You’ll still get the confirmation email and, at launch, the email with your code. Offers and discount news only come if you tick the optional box.
Can I get more than one free pickup?+
Each verified email can receive one single-use launch code. Joining again with the same email doesn’t add a second one. The rule for several emails per person is still being decided.
How do I leave?+
Every email will include a link to stop offers or leave the waitlist completely. You can also write to info@onloopapp.com.
What happens to my email?+
It would be used for the waitlist, your launch code and, only if you choose, offers. OnLoop does not plan to sell or rent it. The email provider, retention period and final privacy terms are pending review and will be published before the waitlist opens.
