AI support and email
AI support is currently not connected. While it is unavailable, the question field stays disabled and no conversation is sent. If enabled, sending a question will require your explicit choice to send that message and recent conversation to OpenAI through our server. Do not include personal or sensitive information. Responses may be inaccurate and cannot change orders or accounts.
Conversation text is held in this browser page’s memory and cleared when you reload or use “Clear this conversation.” The planned server integration does not save chat messages in a database or application logs and requests no stored response history from OpenAI. This does not guarantee zero retention by infrastructure or AI providers; their applicable retention and processing terms must be reviewed before activation.
The contact and human-assistance links open a draft addressed to info@onloopapp.com in your email application. No email or chat transcript is sent automatically. You choose which details to include and whether to send. Email processing and retention arrangements still require operator review.

Working draft, pending review and approval by the responsible operator. This is not a final privacy policy for a live service.
This website
This site does not use analytics, advertising, remote fonts or trackers. The AI support data flow is described above. The checklist and interactive journey use only the current page’s memory. The hosting provider may process technical access logs; their handling must be reviewed by the operator.
Cookies and storage
This implementation does not use cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. There are no optional categories to enable or simulated consent controls. If nonessential technologies are added, they must remain disabled until valid, revocable consent is obtained.
Before live operations
The responsible entity and contact, purposes, applicable legal bases, data categories, providers, transfers, retention and safeguards must be defined. A future service may need contact, pickup and return information; this website does not collect it.
Rights and contact
You can contact info@onloopapp.com with privacy questions. The operator must still define the process for access, correction or deletion requests, as applicable. Opening an email draft does not submit or complete a rights request.
